Additional Information

This is an early morning departure from Pusan AB, in inclement weather. Visibility is marginal, so don´t plan on GBU´s from high altitude when attacking the target. I will be practicing a pop up type of attack with two AGM-65´s in PRE, switching to VIS mode, followed by a strafing run, all on the same pass. Only one pass on target is allowed. There is AAA and SA-7´s at the target site. After the attack we will proceed to Pohang AB for the TACAN/ILS to runway 08. You can do either the straight-in approach or the full ILS RWY 08 approach, either to a low approach or a touch and go. Next will be air refueling with a single KC-10 nearby. Mig-23 Floggers are patrolling just north of Yechon AB and we will play with that four ship flight. They are carrying heaters only, so you may practice AA switchology between your heaters, radar guided missiles and guns. Recovery will be planned back into Pohang AB for individual two ship overhead break patterns. IVC will be used, however if unable then IVC comms procedures will be used with TS. Both flights are in the same package for datalink purposes. You may familiarize yourself with the mission by viewing the .tac and .ini files, which I can send you . The mission will stress SOP´s and good communications; it is intended to be a learning excercise to improve procedures and techniques for the different phases of flight.
